Does anyone know if a Toadstool would fair okay in a FOWLR tank that is running copper? The tank now has GSP doing well, and a mushroom that is alive. Hoping to get some really hardy corals that I can put in the tank.

Are you saying it previously ran copper or is in the process of running copper? Seems like it's currently running copper...which would be bad for any invert - let alone corals. I could only think the copper is not at a high enough dosage to affect the corals (GSPs and mushroom) or it's absorbed into the rocks already...otherwise the GSP and shrooms shouldn't be alive.

If they are doing well and have been for quite sometime, I would try adding the toadstool and see how it fair since it's fairly hardy as the GSP and shrooms. But if it's truely running copper...nothing will survive it at therapeutic dosage except for fishes. Good Luck and YMMV
