Leather Toadstool not doing so well?

I got this toadstool over 2yrs ago. It was massive and I mean huge. It was the main thing people would talk about. After about a year it started declining. Getting smaller and not opening up all the way. Its always peeling and is always slumped over. I have placed it everywhere in my tank hoping to find the right spot but I dont think that is the problem. I got another $15 toadstool and after several months it has already passed the old one. My testing come back fine. I have a calcium reactor so my Ph is usually at 8.2 calcium at 450 and alk around 9. Nitrates 20. Everything else in my tanks is blooming fine. Here are some pictures. Put it in a path with a high flow rate and good lighting.

Problem is I have two 400 watts radiums over a 125 g with over 5000gph of flow going through it. I have placed it everywhere in the tank. My other toadstools r doing great. I even switched spots with it and still nothing

Was gonna suggest new bulbs but I'm sure u already thought of that
