I want to add options to this list.

Please confirm with skimmer that fits in a stock LED Biocube's Chamber 1.

I want to maintain the form factor for which I bought this tank and will not be cutting the lid.

far as I can tell, that's the only one that does. I bought one for my 32. As cheap as they were, I figured why not. Chamber 1 is my only spot I can put one.

I have used the coralife skimmer in my 29g biocube for over a year now. Pretty stocked too, a dwarf lion, coral beauty angel, 6 line wrasse, lawnmower blenny, watchman goby, and 2 bristle stars. Including a thriving bta. It may not look the best, but the coralife isn't THAT bad x) I have tried others but they just take up way too much space (if they fit at all).

Hope someone confirms the AL115

Me too.

I'm considering that. I may want to put a heater in chamber 1 too and the Coralife doesn't take up much room. How often is the cup getting filled?

Yeah I'm also using the Coralife Biocube skimmer in chamber 1. I didn't attach it to the wall between chamber 1 and chamber 2 as suggested because that really seems to cut flow through my filtration. Instead I'm using the suctions cups and have it stuck to the wall on the right side. At first I could only get real fine fizzy bubbles which resulted in watery skimmate, but I read that it can take some time to break in. So I waited and after about a week it started to produce bigger bubbles and greenish brown skimmate. It's working great now.

I had previously tried the Hydor SlimSkim Nano in chamber one, but it was too tall for the new BioCubes as the lid slopes back more than the old ones.

So is the outflow just dropping back into Chamber 1 since you have it on the outer edge?

Quick update....

The AL115 didn't fit in chamber 1. for the proper waterline level on the skimmer it was 1.25 inches too tall.

I finally got my ATO set up so, I ended up installing it into chamber 2 with my fuge basket. It could fit many ways if you trim the tabs a bit but i decided to clip it onto the side of my fuge basket and all is good so far.

My final (i hope) setup is
Chamber 1 - Heater
Chamber 2 - Fuge basket then AL115
Chamber 3 - IM Reactor Return Pump, Temp Probe, and ATO sensor (I ended up removing my UV light to make room for the reactor)

unfortunately the reactor mount is designed for a rimless setup so the only options are to mount on the divider or use the side of the fuge.

I might try to swap the skimmer and reactor but, my goal was to have the skimmer closer to the start of the filtration process and the reactor at the end for a final polish

My biocube 32 is set like this.

Chamber 1: Partial marine pure plates and my 50w heater

Chamber 2: Tabs cut out for the Intank media rack for the 32 and a Tunze 9001. The skimmer seems to be working well. I have to turn it off though if I stick my arm in the tank to adjust anything.

Chamber 3: Return pump with inline Coralife UV light.
