LED and Anemones

I have a ten gallon hex tank that has been up and running for two months. I have one seashores left of the three i use to have. I'm going to get rid of him and i spent alot of money on the set up and don't want to take it down.. so i was thinking about putting bubble anemone in it.. I have the Current Usa Power Brite LED lighting system hanging 4 inches above it. Currently i have acans, mushrooms and other lps growing fine in it..Do u think this lighting system would be strong enough? Im planning on doing alot of supplement feeding for the anemone. and once the anemone gets to large im goin to put it in my 120 gallon tank

I will also have to agree with that.I have kept a bubble in a 10 gallon but all it would do was move around. They need ALOT of rock work and will not settle with out it.In a 10 gal thats just to hard to provide.

OK, so I will extend what I think he/she is asking.....is LED lighting enough to keep a BTA in any size tank

Depends.. I've seen some sick LED systems, but after buying all the bulbs your're looking at $1,000+ depending on the size of the tank.

It's possible, but I'd still go MH.

Yes LED's are enough lighting for a BTA. Depending on the number of lights / area of coverage / LED PAR... Minimum lighting for a BTA isn't that high. I thought I read a post by Calfo on the subject of BTA farming and he was using 4" NO fluorescent shop lights with Philips daylight bulbs.
