led flicker

Haven't taken case apart yet but my blues flicker when first turned on. It will stop when I smack the case lol.
Loose connection? Bad solder? What is your experience with this of you've had it before I take it apart?
150w x 1w Crees non-dimmable.

Same thing happens with my new par38. It stops by it self after 30 seconds. Doesn't then on and off but it dims down and back up

Same for me. They don't fully go out
