Depends on what you are looking for. For the 48" fixture you are running roughly .05w per LED. I believe that would be an awesome moon light for larger systems but I don't see it doing much help with growth, only for looks. If you are going for looks though and nothing beneficial, I would go for it!!

As Pascal mentioned, the reefbrite on the other hand. Jeez Louise!! You could blind someone with that thing! lol
 
I run MH lights for growth so this would be for looks only. I run an old Hamilton 2x175 MH 2x40 T12 fluorescent, I wouldn't replace the whole setup just yet I just replace the ballast on the MH side this year( an accident on my part). I don't know how much blue I really want some of the atinic lights are just too blue for my taste. this is just exploring options, since the T12's are getting hard to come by and are expensive to buy.
 
I can tell you that the reefbrite makes a visible difference with my two 250 phoenix's running. the light you suggested will likely not be visible.

The reefbrite is very blue by itself, though they make a 50/50 which will not be as blue.
