LED grow light from box store??

I was at one of the box stores today and came across a led grow light in the 662nm and 430nm wavelength. 9 watts A19 style bulb. What do you guys think for refugium light to grow cheato?

Would you mind sharing where you found it at? I've been looking for one locally and have been coming up empty handed.

I found it at a Menards. They have normal A19 bulbs and flood bulbs also. They are Feit Electric led grow bulbs. It was on sale for 12 dollars.
