Not an issue, as long as there is enough total heatsink area. In your case you have plenty to spare.
That's still one odd looking layout. I understand what your trying to do but it works much better to group things so that identical and symmetrical clusters are evenly spaced out along the center of the heatsink.
If you have only one of a color in the cluster line them up along the center axis so they cast the same amount of light in all directions, front and back of the tank.
If you did 5 clusters you could stagger them like you have your whites, if only 3 clusters per heatsink then aligned along the center.........
