I want to know what are the differences from these 2 leds other than price

Look at the data sheets the XML is capable of being driver up to 3A, the XPG is capable of only 1.5A. The XML is really more efficient once its driven over 1.5A. If you are planning on running them on a ELN driver the XPGs would be the better way to go.
