Led light question

Is there anyway to find out which power supply is needed to fire this up? I don't know the brand of the light I just know the three wires are for blue, white, and power.

blue, white, ground maybe?
If you want to just start trying then I'd apply 12V on blue (+)/ground (-)..

You would need to look at it and draw up a schematic if you wanted to have a better chance at success and to not let the magic smoke out..

.

nope Stamped B- W- and other wire is (assumed) plus...;) See photo.
Need a larger area but more than likely constant voltage source between 12-24V.. though those chips are a bit problematic w/ this assumption.

O/p any markings on the IC's?

Get us a few pics of the whole light..
Is there not a "DC jack" somewhere or just an AC plug or what.. (show pics of that and anything else that looks "electrical" of any sort)

What happened to the power supply?
