I've got a Photon48 over my 120g. It's a 48" wide tank. While still considered a "budget" fixture, it offer a lot of bang for your buck. No complaints with mine.
For the price difference between the 32" and 48". I'd just go ahead and get the wider one.

I'm guessing im gonna have to put out about 500+.. So if I do, I might as well get the best for that price..
I'm looking between Two of the DM-165p+ because it has timer, dimmer, and can get a stand for them (without hanging anything)

In the end you can be good, and you can be cheap but you can't be both. Now with that being said that doesn't mean you have to spend tons of money on lights but you want something that's going to do your system justice. Something your not going to have to upgrade in a year or 2. We can sit here all day and suggest different lights but at the end, it's really what you prefer.
