led lighting for zoos

I recently upgraded my 28g nano cube lighting from pc to led and was wondering where to place my zoos so they don't lose color. I currently have bam-bams, poes red death, and eagle eyes. I also have spider man and green elephant ear palys. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Went from mh and cf's to led's with no ill effects. If you know the difference in lumens between your fixtures you can dial your timing back a bit and adjust your photo period. If you dont want to get technical you can get black nylon screen to put over your tanm to dial back light for a few weeks and then remove it.

Your biggest actor for change may not be quantity of light but quality- I'm unsure of the spectrum of light offered by led's that could be provided by acintic bulbs and such

Either start out with your LEDs dimmed way down (if you can), or use a series of mesh screens to photo acclimate them, remove one every two weeks. Also, you may want to move them to the bottom.

+! to starting low light...these can be VERY powerful!

Good to see you here, Mr. 'Scope!
