Best thing to do is go talk to Reef Culture. That way you can let them know what your set up is like and what you want to keep in it.

I just got two of the PAR38 (3white/2blue) lights for my 60gal after talking to one of the guys over there. I need to buy 2 more, but even with just 2 its substatially brighter than the coralife PC fixture they replaced. Cost was only $250, the bulbs are $120 ea. and you can get a basic 13' cord with a light socket at the end of it from Ikea for $5ea. The lenses on these guys gets more PAR for your buck just like the reflectors with the stunners. Shimmer in the tank looks awesome, now I just need to start buying corals.
