I was asked:

"Hi, just a quick question, what is the phsyical size of the red/blue/flash light tube? how many would I need for a 6 foot tank? and besides the amount of outlets, is there any difference between the 4 outlet powerbar and the 6 outlet digital power bar? Are the both digital?
"

The tube is 20mm x 550mm.
I think 2 are enough.

Only the 6 outlet-version are digital (have an own microprocessor and are bus-capable).

what functionality does that give the 6-outlet over the 4-outlet? sorry for n00b question.

Digital powerbars can be daisy-chained: The control line of all dig. powerbars are connected on one ProfiLux port.
The dig. powerbars can be programmed: After loosing connection to ProfiLux (e.g. in case of an error) they will switch into a before programmed defined state.
