I could be wrong but wouldn’t that be +/-20%. Which means you could have 80 to 120 on a regular 100 par reading. That’s a 40 par variance. The larger the Par the bigger the variance. So at 300 par it would be 120 par variance…..

That’s a big difference….
 
It comes across as RB are being under measured by up to 20% and the 650nm spectrum being over measured so for the most part we have higher par then we think with the RB and if you are using reds or a WW leds your reading might be a little high. To account for this I would measure RB par add your 20% then measure whites independently. It would be neat to add these two numbers then compare the difference between that and a par reading with both RB and whites on without adding a 20%.
