Ok so I purchased a used pump on here from an individual that arrived destroyed.View attachment 169964
Yes its wrapped in cardboard for "protection" no bubble wrap or any shipping material to protect the pumps impeller end.

Ok so i contacted the seller, he stated to ship it back and send him a tracking number, this took one extra day due to my work schedule. Now the seller is claiming I damaged the pump, and has decided not to issue a paypal refund last night... Now not only am I out $135 for the pump, but also another $20.45, for shipping it back. I'm out $155.45, because the seller used poor packing techniques, and poor morals for returning my payment.

My question is: is there anything I can do legally to force refund.
