Hey guys,
He's been open, but in an unofficial sort of capacity for a couple weeks, but he's ready to go all out now.
His grand reopening is going to be this Saturday, the 20th.

Les did a lot for this club, let's not forget to show him a little love ;)

People could easily plan their day to include a trip to the store and the meeting.
Any idea what time the store is open till?

Can someone post the address to his shop? I"ve been reading about him since I've been on this board but I have no idea where he is...

I'm not sure of the street addy, but he's 2 blocks north of main street, on 5th ave, Bayshore.
I'm not sure what his hours are, either. Phone # is 631 665 7500. Hours are on his answering machine.
 
I'm not sure on the exact address either, but I believe the road is actually called 13A where he is. As long as you take 5th Ave south, the road will split into two one-way roads, 13A south and 13A north. You will be on 13A south, make a left on montauk hwy, another left onto 13A north, and he is two blocks up on the left.
 
i believe its 30 fifth ave there is a barbershop directly next door and as its a 1 way street he will be on the left hand side

i was just there the other day. i picked up a nice acro frag he just got in, wasnt sure of the name yet.

hes got mostly sps frags and dry goods right now. i dont think he had any fish for sale yet. he had some rose millies, blue stags, some acros that were coloring up to be tricolors (maybe validas) and some frogspawn or torch corals.

I know I love you too.

Dude don't get me wrong, have nothing against Les and know all he did for the club and I was and will be his costumer but in the past year all you see is posts, is he open , is he going to open, he is open but he is close, he is open but not selling to the public geez
Let the guy do what ever he has do and then let him announce the opening when he feels the store is ready.

By the way bill how are you long time no see :)
 
I know it's slightly frustrating. We can only imagine what he's going though.

The new store is great and it's nice to see LIRA members chiming in to support him.

I'm good, busy with work, children, wife, house, alien abduction probe remover.
How about you?
 
I'm fine too, been real busy building probs, then selling them to the aliens, so they can stick them in you :D

I think it's safe to say that we all have our favorite LFS. I'll spend my money in just about any of the LFS choices we have here, but, I have my first choice.
Les was closed for the move for a long while. Hearing that my favorite LFS was officially reopening, made me want to share that little piece of information.
FTR, BTJ's is far from my favorite store, but if I was the first to hear that they rebuilt their original location (after the fire), I'd come here to tell you about that, too.

There is no edited tag on your post, Octavio. My guess would be that you didn't put the link in that post.
