Let it be or move it?

I got a RBTA yesterday, and it decided to crawl to the back side of the tank. Should I let it get accustomed to the new tank before I start trying to get it to where I can see it, or move the rock that it's on to the front of the tank?

What you want will never work... they are going to move were they like the light, flow and were they are happy

My anemones moved to a spot they like and stuck to it, none of them roam anymore and that's what you want, because you can place other stock around them. (well until there is a split, then it's wheel of fortune time for the other corals)

I can prove the flow thing, when I turn off my wave maker the same anemone always goes walking, but once the wave box is back on the anemone goes back to the same exact spot it left.

it is best to allow the anemone to choose his spot. You can point the powerhead towards him to get him moving again, but keep in mind that once you move your powerhead back it might start moving again.

Well, my powerhead is a Vortech, so there won't be any pointing. But, I will relocate it and bump up the flow a little bit.

Well, who knows where it will be when I get home from work today.

yeah i agree about the anemone moving a lot the first time you put it in the tank unless you're lucky that it stays on the spot you put it at. i even tried the "moving the rock" trick but it didnt work. word of advise put foam or something to cover up maxi jets coz mine got eaten up by the power head
