I would pick one of the wrasses as there is a good chance that the two types you selected will fight with one another. If you really want to have two wrasses in your tank, maybe see if you can get a male and female melanarus wrasse or try to find a fairy pair or trio. An important note about the melanarus wrasse though, they have been known to eat cleanup crew as well as decorative shrimp. I have been lucky with mine, but others have not.
Otherwise, the blenny and the royal gramma should be fine with a wrasse.
