A huge thanks to Jeremy specifically since he handled a sizeable group order we did 2 weeks ago. Everything came in in perfect condition, except a part was missing from a skimmer I purchased. I sent Jeremy a PM over the weekend thinking he'd get to it Monday or Tuesday - but NO - He got back with me before that on Sunday evening! He was very apologetic and the part was sent to me after he got in touch with the skimmer manufacturer. I received the piece today and all the time I couldn't have been happier with his customer service specifically - and his company as a whole.

Thanks Jeremy and Premium Aquatics! You've earned a lifelong customer for sure!

Im happy to echo the same thing. Ive received replies to emails within a few minutes even on weekend evenings. Im not sure how Jeremy can dedicate so much time to premiumaquatics.com but it keeps me coming back!
