Let me see your large zoanthid colonies

Joe,
What is the little orange fish you have there? Kinda cool.
And when you listed your lighting. Are the first 4 items ATI T5s?
So mix between ATI T5s and LEDs?

So you all keep a separate "mother" frag of the Zoanthids to seed again or place in your DT and watch em grow. BTW all really nice gardens folks.

Did you guys all start off with just a small frag of them and let them grow? Or did you buy large colonies of them?

How long does it take for a 15 polup frag to actually cover an entire rock like a 10x10" section?

Just converted my FOWLR to a beginner reef and bought a lot of zoas but they are just on frag plugs. 10 scattered frag plugs of zoas look awfully small in a 180 DT.

Thanks!!!!

Zoa Rock

These pictures made my jaw drop. AMAZING! I have working with a 29 biocube, but so far have a nice little zoa rock going.

Give it time. I have a frag that started off with around 15 that is pushing 50+ now. I have another that started as 4 around the same time and is now 6 :hmm5:. Many grow at different speeds.

Hi All
Here is a pic of one of my zoa gardens in main tank and coming along nicely.
