When I first started my reef I used cyanobacteria exclusively, now its some various macros and gfo.

Lol! I think most of us have used that method in our early reefing days!

i was runnign gfo at full concentration. corals got pale, now i run half what they call for. my hanna meter says 0 my corals are happy and im even more happy
