Lethargic YL butterfly

Fish is normally very active, as of this AM has been very lethargic, spines erect, normal breathing, ate some but stomach seems a little bloated. Otherwise no external clues.

Bacterial infection?

Hard to say. Could be an internal parasite.

How long have you had him ?

Four months or so. He's in QT now and sinking fast. No maracyn on hand (closest is 30 miles away) doubt he'll make it through the night.
