I tried the 7-11 method, my method costs more, but it's quicker and more efficient/cleaner. We gotta bump heads and prototype something that's quick, cheap and simple. Your method does create some smooth *** pegs though.

The pictures are pretty washed out but its the best i could do with my sisters crappy camera..
