Damnit Klepto, now my tank sucks.

ahhhh shut it. Your tank is badass. I especially want to get some pics of that bird of paradise.... mmmmm paradise... and your orange beast.

In my opinion, theres no comparisons/grading needed- each reef is unique and reflects a hint of the person responsible for its upkeep/build. That is a big part of what I love about reefkeeping. We are all learning together, sharing genetics and techniques and while its good to encourage each other to improve- if we were trying to outdo one another then we would be involved in little more than a costly and foolish hobby.
:D

You guys have been quiet lately...

I ordered a new skimmer - Warner Marine AS200 - it should be here Monday. The pump to my euroreef quit working so I decided to buy a new skimmer and pump instead of simply replacing the pump.

What price?

The skimmer was a return to Warner Marine that had not been used so I got a deep discount which made it a deal I could not pass up.

If anyone wants some netting to make a cover over their tank I have a bunch left over that I'll give away. Here's the cover I have on my tank made out of screen materials.

This is an outdoor pond netting that is holds up to our lights and does not block light coming into the tank.

SWEET DEAL MAN.....

I had to remove and change my sump layout to get the new skimmer in. Water enters on the left through a filter sock and goes under a baffle then to the right and over a baffle to the return. I'm also running Bulk Reef Supply carbon and GFO.
