Where do the color morphs come from? Do they just pop up as mutations? Are they found like that in the wild?

I have the same question about palys and zoas and have not seen an answer the few times I asked.

Most of the aussie acan color morphs are found that way in the wild. Although, a color shift can occur moving them from higher to lower light, and vice versa. There are just some very cool morphs coming in from down under, as well as some of the japanese morphs that crop up from time to time.
 
You guys are so lucky to have access to such beautiful colour morphs.

Beautiful group shots. They all look very happy and healthy in your system! Always good to see pictures of colonies instead of frags...:)
