Very nice, do you have the new NW or one of the prototypes? Or did you DIY your own impeller?

Did you buy a new RK2 and retrofit the pump?

What diameter neck is on that 75PE?

The body and head is RK2 nothing else. The rest was done by myself. The NW is a prototype Hammerhead. I am adding another Hammerhead but making a mesh wheel for it.

Speaking of NW Hammerheads, did you (ctenophore) ever come up with the NW for the 4300? I think it's a 5/8" shaft IIRC? I still have one laying around! :)

Doesn't the 4300 use the same wetend & impeller as a hammerhead? If so, the new HH NW should fit. I believe it's a 7/16-20 shaft.

I am not sure it's been so long, but I swear it was 5/8 and that's why I couldn't get a NW from anyone before. I'll check it out.

You should ask Chris for one of the new NWs. I'd be curious to see how it performs compared to a meshwheel.

Why? How does the new NW compair to the one I have?

The new one has machined square pins that are very densely packed. The edges of the pins are very sharp and should shred air better than the round pin prototype. The new ones are also made of Delrin and hence ozone safe (versus nylon for the prototypes)
