here is my 180 all T5 reef....this was taken about a month ago...excuse the bad picture, I am not the best photographer...and excuse the bryopsis...it has since been almost completely erradicated using tech m...the colors are pretty much true, no editing done,.., they are actually a little more vivid in person, in this shot there are 4 ATI Blue plus and 1 fiji purple bulb running....

Only a 4 bulb light.But i like the more blue look and the things really pop.

I am wondering why my tank does not look BLUER with the 4 blue plus and 1 fiji purple bulb on...I would think it would look bluer than a tank with the aquablue specials on...hmmm,,, weird... I like a bluer look too, the other 2 bulbs that come on last are another blue plus and an aquablue special...so in all I run 5 blue plus 1 aquablue and 1 fiji purple and it is not blue at all....wonder why??? I wish I looked bluer...colors look good but it is not a blue look like I like.

Tank was also a little cloudy from cleaning.looks just a little less bluer in person.Also i think yours has to do with it having a black background.Blue makes the blue in the lights stand out more.

This is my 29g Biocube under T5s, but not for long, I'm going 100% LED in a few weeks, those T5s just aren't doing it for me.

Thanks, here is a better pic of my rhizo, just for good measure:
And about the lights, I will be using Sunbright LEDs. They are LEDs in a tube that fits a T5 fixture. I will most likely just put some endcaps on them and just stick them in the hood with velcro. pjr on MR is using them and is helping me out, you can see his thread about them on MR if you want more info.

Going with more sps now but here are a few shots from last year and this year under T5's. Will post a current pic tonight.
