You are not allowed to ask questions when you have a sig line like that.

Heh I was just testing you. Orion passes, everyone else fails! :D

acro bat, How do you keep your glass so clean with your corals so close and some even touching it?

Let me try this again.

Sorry I didn't know I had a question from a fellow reefer...
I do a little bit of everything..First I use a glass cleaner with a blade in it, second a long stick with a piece of sponge.
Believe me is not that easy. But the tank glass it doesn't always look so clean.you know is just for picture taken ...

Also the good trick is to keep the No3 and the Po4 in the low end of the scale.
The algae and diatoms accumulate less so is less work.

Here's a pic from about 6 months ago right before I tore it down, removed the DSB and rebuilt the aquascape. Dimensions are 60" x 40" x 40"

I'm soon going to start a "my tank" thread so no spoilers on the new reef yet ;)

Is this tank still running?.

Oldie but a goodie. Hard to believe this thread is almost 9 years old. I guess we did now a thing or two about keeping reef tanks back then ;)

Wow I remember this thread. I haven't seen a pic of my old 120 in a long time :) For me not too much has changed. Sill rocking halides and a big skimmer haha :D

Rocking LEDs and no skimmer but wishing I had time to take care of a big tank with Radiums and a nice big skimmer :)

Hi,
wunderful tanks here, thanks!

my tank is not that colorful as all the other tanks here, but its looking a bit more natural on the other side... (tank is now 5 years old, but some corals are much older...)
