actually if you pay close attention it is very easy to tell them apart as the females have dresses and the males wear slacks ,usually kackies:headwally:
picked up a couple of red velvets, 2 months ago...they've been doing great in QT, and are now in the acclimation box, in my DT...beautiful wrasse...maybe not 'rare', but not many people seem to have them![]()

How aggressive are they toward each other and other wrasses? If they can get along with my pair of eightline I would get 20 or 3 of them.
they were in the acclimation box for about 48hrs, without any problems/harassment, sooo...released them just after daylights went out, and all the other wrasses were in their 'condos'.Just wondering,,, How long do you leave them in the acclimation box? When you do release them, at night, in the morning, during the day, what size is the acclimation box?
