Lets see your Zoas

Im thinking about making a large purchase of Zoas from Reefs2go and was wanting to see if anyone had pics of their zoas after recieving them from reefs2go. More curious of the sizes and everything with the zoas. I just dont want to drop alot of money and get tiny little frags which is what it sounds like you get. Their prices and everything are great, I got a free zoa frag with a recent purchase from them and if they are all that size for 20$ a piece Im not going to be happy.

So lets see some pics from your purchases of Zoas from this sponser.

I havent personally bought from them just becuase of the bad rep they have, have heard alot of the colors dont match the website and they melt

Hmm I dont want this thread to take off in a negative manor cause im not looking to bash anyone (until I have experience for myself) but from what ive experienced they have good customer service. im just looking for pictures of positive experiences from reefs2go of Zoas that anyone has purchased.

Hello davidadelp, from very personal experience, not with this seller BTW, but you should contact them and ask them directly and not rely on what someone else here tells you regarding your order. Only they can tell you what you are going to receive. If you base your expectations upon what someone else may or may not have received, I can guarantee you that you are going to be highly disappointed with your new arrivals. No one sends out the exact same anything to every buyer. Trust me on this one, contact them directly and ask them to send you pictures of what you are buying and a spepcific polyp count. If they and no other seller will agree to tell you this, then you should never buy from them regardless of who they are.

Disclaimer - I don't know this particular seller, never heard of them, thus I can not say a single good or bad thing about them. My reply wasn't to bash them in any way.

I hope this helps. Good luck my friend.

I bought from them before, i is really hit and miss and make sure to do overnight shipping. They like to say that zoas are shipping level 3 but if u get them at that shipping level then you will get a dead zoa until you get overnight shipping.

here is a picture today, with one that made it alive... I think it is bleached to hell or something not sure yet

well I just placed an order lastnight for thier 5 pack deal and a frag of cherry bomb zoas, and some inverts and one fish,so I will have a report as of tomorrow evening.

Things what some people fail to realize also is lighting. Alot of sellers highlight their corals under heavy blue lighting/actinics and when you put it under your lights you complain about the poor quality. So when purchasing, find out what lights were bieng used first. You can get alot of that online.

Def post pics of how everything comes in looking! I seen the other thread in the vendor feedback that wasnt saying to many good things about R2G but now its gone and Im not sure why but theres got to be some positive experiences and good pics out there. Lets see some more.

Im hoping the free frag that I recieved isnt the size of all their frags if so im definetly disappointed.

I actually bought four different zoas and paid an extra 40$ in order to have next day mailing... and 1 of the 4 melted. it is crazy for it to melt only have less than 24hours shipping, i think their QOS is not very good

well just so your not dissapointed but i just glanced at their site and from the few i clicked on it was 5 polyps for x amount of dollars... small frags..

i did the $5 for 5 polyps on some "candy apples" and some fire and ice. they both arrived fine. they both took close to a week to open. color was what had been pictured on both, or pretty close. the candy apples have since closed halfway up, looks like they could possibly be growing the base/mat though? i ordered 5 CA and 10 FaI, i received 5 CA with 3 additional of some other greenish color attached, and ~17-18 FaI. i have done two orders with them and so far dont have any negative feedback

Yes R2G Will deliver to your door. I know that the polyp size is 5 and you can actually buy more and get more on a frag which makes it nice. I guess my vision in my mind just thinks they should be bigger but by a bigger frag means alot more polyps. Im looking for positive experieces with R2G cause the other thread seems to be negative stuff more then good and alot saying they constantly get DOAS and melting or bad customer service after these corals have arrived DOA or melted.. I just want to see pics of your positive experiences and frags from R2G.

I just bought from R2G last night and I will receive my shipment Friday. I bought the sampler reef cleaner free shipping pack and some chery bomb zoas. I will post pictures and report back on Friday...

here's the fire and ice and candy apples i got. you cant see all the fires because the other side is full of polyps too.

sorry about the cell phone pic. i wish i knew why these candy apples dont open all the way while the other 3 greens on the same plug are open all the time? :/

Those are nice looking did u pay more to get more polyps or is that how much u get on one frag? I would say just leave the candy apple be I've seen numerous people say that their frags from R2G took awhile to fully open

i paid $10 for the 10 fire and ice and they sent close to 18 i think was the final count. and i paid $5 for the candys, i got 5 with those 3 extra green ones. i saw several comments on the site of other people getting the same "more than they paid for" type deal.

yea it took both those about a week to open, but after that the candies started to close halfway up. they dont look sick or anything so i guess ill jsut wait it out. my other stuff opened decently quick (frogspawn, mushrooms)

Well got my shipment in today, all the CUC snails and crabs are little babies lol. As far as the cherry bombs go, I would have to say see for yourself lol...
