ok service here is the first one for you all. When we buy something for our tanks all want good service after we have it for some time. Well my first service person is at Neptune systems I got last year. When I had a problem with one of the plugs I emailed him and he called me back the same day and sent me the rma number to send in for repairs. well it took a few days for them to get it but the same day they fixed it the next morning and sent it back next day air thanks curt for great service.
the next is Milwaukee Instruments. I called today for my co2 bubble counter. It wasn't working right and keep stopping bubbles and I didn't have my receipt and never sent in my warranty but he said no problem and was sending me out a new valve for the bubbler not a problem. This is what I call good service and these two companies should be noted for there great service and I would recommended to buy there products thanks for the service we get when we need it. Now lets hear about your good service if you have one

Drs. Foster and Smith has been excellent about customer service... I had a faulty coralife timer that they took back no questions asked... They sent me out a new one and I sent my broken one back in the return box... Oceanic's customer service is not up to par... Especially with the prices of their products...

just wanted to say that I am impressed with Milwaukee's service. After going to the link you provided, I contacted their customer service rep about a problem I was having with my refractometer.

Basically, the plastic lid that sits on top of the prism did not sit flat. I would put a sample of water in and close the lid, then I would have to play with the plastic lid until it sealed against the prism.

The customer service rep listened to my problem and said she would send me another lid assembly - all she wanted to know was my shipping address and the model of the refractometer. I received the shipment 2 days later and everything is fixed! A+ service for Milwaukee !
