I read some Innovative Marine tanks broke apart probably under stress of power heads. Are IM Fusion tanks in the same risk category?

40g is a bit too big for me, but like to get your take. Looking for AIO tank of ~20gallon as hospital tank, and also like to add it to the BAR local emergency equipment list once I do get one.

Yes there was a case with the first Gen IM tanks breaking.. The fusion line is the recent Gen ones and there has not been any problems that I know about.. I believe the Nuvo line was the one with the issues.

I personally run a jbj 24g AIO as a Qt hospital tank and have a 35g acrylic tank in storage that I used for a few tangs years ago..
