LF: 40B stand and/or tank

So I'm the same person who posted LF: 29g stand not too long ago. With great advice from you all, I have decided to jump straight to a 40B instead for my first tank.

Alongside the stand and tank, also searching for extra equipment/setup and anything else you can throw in to help a newbie out. Hoping to find one of those special sale packages from a fellow RC member.

Glad to see you've decided to start with a 40. like I told you, you will be much happier with it. sicce pumps are so awesome they can be hard to find used. I actually have a 3.0 for sale for just $70. I'll include a true gate valve for an extra $10, which would allow you to adjust the flow. you'll want a gate valve regardless of what pump you buy. I'll also throw in a 1/2" barb for the pump as well as barbs for the valve. all you'll need is the braided hose and hose clamps. pm me if interested.

Is a 3.0 a bit too powerful for a 40breeder + 20 long? I read somewhere that you don't want too much flow turnover so that your sump and skimmer can do it's thing efficiently. I am unsure about how much of the flow you can turn down that's all.
