Like the title says, does anyone have a pair of clowns that regularly lay eggs? I lost my breeding pair to an electrical failure/tank crash a few years back and after looking at all my breeding supplies in my fish room, I want to raise a batch from time to time

If anyone has a pair they are willing to sell or knows if anyone please pm me or let me know, I'd greatly appreciate it

I am hoping to get a pair that have laid eggs and not just bonded but for the right price I would do bonded as well and just wait/hope they breed. I'm not in a huge hurry just missed having a tank of baby clowns making a ball in my fish room ;)
 
Mine lay eggs all the time but I don't think I'd ever part with them. One is regular ocilaris and one is a snowflake.
 
Do they lay on a rock that is removable? That's the easier way, if not you have to play the syphon the fry as they hatch game
 
I have a pair that lay every two or three weeks. If your tank is good and only if it's good. I would part with them for $100.

Just tested everythin again last night,

Ammonia 1.026
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 4.0
Phosphate 0.04
Alk 9.5
Calcium 437
Mag 1280

Corals all doing good, leapard wrasse, anthias, chromis and tangs also doing good

I have multiple breeder tanks plumbed to it as well that I keep the laying pairs in so they have no one else bugging them

I would do 100 for sure,
 
I've got a mated pair of Rod's Onyx Perc's that breed regularly. The pair themselves are not for sale, but I would be happy to get them laying eggs on tile again and work out some way of getting eggs to you.

I also have a pair of Black Darwin Ocellaris that just started mating as well. Again, the pairs are not for sale, but I'd be happy to supply you with eggs.
 
I may take you up on that max once all my cultures are up and running so I'd be ready for eggs

I have everything I needed but wasn't planning on starting them until I had some breed stock but should have some soon
 
Theres a person on facebook selling different pairs , if u pm me your cell number or email i can forward u the pic w names and pairs that his selling

Not a problem. I've got three little kids and work a rotating shift, so my time is rarely my own. One day I'd like to try my hand at raising the fry, but I honestly dont have the time and if someone locally does have the time, I dont mind getting the eggs to them and possibly working out some sort of trade that is equitable to all parties....

All the eggs are doing is feeding my tank and getting caught up in the skimmer, so it's not like I'm doing anything with them.

I'll be around when you're ready, so hit me up when you get there...

Is it curt in foristell?

I have been talking with him, he has many designer pairs but wayyyy out of my price range
