There was a nice set up on CL just last week not sure if it's still for sale but worth a look. GL.

Take a look at fish street. They have cheap reg. The tank I would go to a gas company and rent or buy. It was many years ago but I bought 2 tanks from valley gas for 100$ and a used reg fro ebay for 50$. This was for a FW planted tank

Never skip on a regulator, get a good well known brand with a proven track record. Don't want one to go bad and have an entire 5-20lb bottle of co2 injected in your system.... Ie bye bye all livestock
