LF Exotic Blenny

About 8 months ago, SEA had a couple of rare blennies that were about 2 1/2 inches long, were a reddish to burgundy color and were shaped like a lawnmower blenny. I have not been able to locate anything looking like this on any website. Does anyone know what Blenny this was? I'm looking for a robust algae mowing blenny and thought I'd try something out of the ordinary.

I found it. It's a Ember or Stigmata Blenny. Now if I could just find one.

No, wasn't me. Thanks for the update though. I purchased a Starry Blenny for the time being, and it came in huge about 4".

Sorry Raptor you missed out on the Blenny on Divers Den yesterday but there is a Red Sea blenny that is even more rare and amazing looking.... its blue and yellow... BlueZoo occasionally gets them in

I plan on getting a Starry Blenny a couple weeks after I get my pair of clowns, hopefully within the week. Definitely want it to start out much smaller than 4" though...

I don't know, that Stigmata Blenny is pretty stunning. I just don't want 2 blennies in the same tank again, lesson learned.

Hey Murphy My buddy just ordered 2 starrys, they should come in small, i only want 1 pm me if you want me to let you know about the other one

if DD had it once, they will have it again... its like Borbonius Anthias... they don't show up for a while than they have liek 3 or 4 days straight of them. Its all a matter of what they have floating around thats getting out of QT
