LF powerhead

need a lower rated powerhead for my mostly empty tank.
the rw20 i got is nice but it is currently too much flow.
not sure if im gonna sell/trade it or keep it for when i got some sticks in there.

lmk if you have anything laying around you can get rid of or if youd be interested in trade/purchase.

not sure what i would need, i have he rw20 dialed back to 10% and it seems too much right now, but my tank is mostly bare.

so im guessing something temporary less than 500gph ?
