Could you list some details. For some people 2'x2' is small. At least what size your tank is and your approximate dimension requirements.

I have this skimmer used exactly 3 months $60.

Hah ya suppose I should. Exact measurements not handy. Tank is a 15 or 20 h.. But baffled area I'd say I've got ~7x3x20in or so. Up to a 20 Long so say about 45 gallon rated.. But overkill ain't bad as I intend to start some carbon dosing

Om84 - ever out to nw suburbs? I'm not in the city much

Ideal foot print is under 3x8.. Are there any effective skimmers in that size?

Thinkin i need to rearrange or go hob..

The 3" x 8" is pretty tiny. HOB is a good route to go if the space is that limited. I'd try to rearrange if possible.
