LFS in Buffalo area?

anywhere in the buffalo area to purchase live rock at a reasonable price. i live in erie pa and wouldnt mind the drive. lfs here wants 8.99lb seems to me that is rather high and i cant get it online much cheaper but im worried about the die off while its in transit. any links to store is the area.

cheapest LR around can be found at aquatech in cheektowaga near the airport. I'm pretty sure Randy and Jason sell plain old fiji live for $6 per pound. most of the other stores in buffalo are $7, 8, or 9 per pound. I think Markheim might also sell at $6 per pound, but their quality pales in comparison to aquatech's

Np. Not sure the exact address of aquatech, but you could prolly find it with google maps/earth or some equiavalent

Aquatech is the most hidden store ever though, I would never have expected a store in that location and gotta go all the way around to the back to enter.
So with that, make sure you mapquest the address and zoom into the exact address and print it out, it'll help you a lot and have their phone number handy as well.

Besides that, its also the best stocked store, coral wise, I've ever seen. I can't comment on the fish because I'm not interested in adding more fish to my tank so I didn't even bother looking.

The Fish Place on the corner of Robinson and Oliver in North Tonawanda is a good place, usually sell Fiji for $6/lb.
