LFS question

I am looking to buy the reefkeeper lite and wanted to know if any of the LFS carried it. Anybody know?

your probably have a better chance of getting one online. I could be wrong, but most lfs carries or have better access to apex units

Thats what I figured since I hadn't seen any yet... haven't been to the stores in the far east valley, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Any reason they dont carry the reefkeeper?

not as popular, Imo, apex have more function and expandability. someone with an apex can probably elaborate

Its the same debate Im going through, and I think it comes down to exactly how much expandability and detailed reporting you want vs how much you want to spend. For what I want to do and control(and spend) I feel the RK might be a better option. But I also feel the extra money for Apex units is mostly justified, some of it is the name too.

Best bet is to call the stores see of they have them. But most store can order them in.
