Lfs?

I am coming to GCs wednesday to pick up my tank and thought I might visit a LFS. Any recomendations?

I need a new bulb, a little sand, maybe some livestock, and a frag or two?

If you are in the Dickson Area really the only two stores that do saltwater are not close at all. You have pet palace in Clarksville and Fishy Business in Lexington.

I live out toward Linden so I travel no matter what "LFS" I go to.

It's worth an extra hour trip to Nashville to visit Aquatic Critter.

+1 on the Aquatic Critter in Nashville, You have already made a long haul an hour more won't kill you.

Personally, I would order all the above. Aquatic critter sometimes has good rock but it is uncured rock strait from the gulf. I like it this way though but I cure my own. Frags are over priced. I much prefer getting most coral livestock from Emerald Bay Fish.

Pet Palace in clarksville rarely has any thing worth buying but The prices are always right.

I really can't complain about the products at Emerald Bay fish and reptile but the guy that works that talks SOOOooooo much crap. You need to go in there knowing your products, packing a smartphone incase you need to do some instant research on something, and try to keep him from talking. He will tell you absolutely anything to make a sale no matter how dumb it can possible be.

He will tell you T5 HO and metal halide fixtures are all submersable if he things that is what you want to hear. He does pack some nice coral a lot of the time and they always look healthy. The prices are reasonable too.

+1 for Aquatic Critter unless Emerald Bay has improved A LOT since they moved. I prefer to not carry bubble algae home with me on my frags -
