Life span of N. Wennarae? Dr. Roy?

I just had my N. Wenn kick the proverbial bucket... doesn't appear to be a molt issue, but I could be wrong. The fish that I have in the tank and the coral and anemone are fine, so I don't think it is a spike in anything... I've had this guy for about 8 months... was 2.5" to 3" long... he had molted twice. I do regular water changes and nothing new or anything... I have had this happen several times with n. wenns in the past, seem to not be able to keep them for much longer than 6-8 months. These are live rock hitchikers and are usually about 1.5" to 2" when I get them, so I would have no guess as to age...

At 3 inches, N. wennerae are probable 4 or 5 years old and don't have much time left.

thanks so much. I was really concerned that it was something I was doing... but it just seemed strange that everything else seems fine and he was fine and eating three days before...
