Life support equipment. Anyone ever try these?

I was at BassPro the other day and saw this and other aerators like it, thought they might be good for extra Life support in the event of a power outage or generator failure. They are Aerators for large Live-wells. Anyone ever try these out? Would this be a good idea to have as a backup?

It looks like a good idea to me (I bought a generator though). I would wonder how much water would it be able to oxygenate. It (40 gallons max) wouldn't cover your 90 gallon tank, but for a short-term fix I would think any oxygen is better then adding none.

i was thinking of getting 2 of them maybe even 3 to cover my 90g. They have clamps to hook up to a car battery. I have a generator as well but was thinking about getting 2 or 3 of these as extra back up and have a new car battery stored in a closet. Better to be over cautious and prepaird then not at all. Mainly looking at getting them incase of a generator failure, run out of gas or any unfortunate event that could occur.
