Wow, is that yours? Nice. haha
You rock. Thanks.
Your bubbles do look bigger than mine but not by that much I don't think.
80 bpm / 70ml and 280g of net water volume

Which regulator are you using is it the Aquarium Plants and what ph is the reactor running.
Reef fanatic regulator and solenoid. pH 6.75
Are you using a controller and what is the settings on it. If you don't mind can you advise your tank alk reading as we'll.I am using a geo618 at 40dpm and 60bpm and my ALK reading is 7 and would like it a little higher. Ph on the reactor is 6.20 off and 6.40 on with the controller.
Been reading for a while on this since I just set up my lcr2. I had an air leak from where the co2 tube attached to the pump fitting and wasn't getting all the co2 in no matter what my bubble rate was. Check for leaks. Also could your ph probe be off. I recalibrate mine and it was off. Just a couple things to think abot
Spray soapy water on the fitting, f its leaking it will bubble soap bubbles.
Calibrated the probe and it seems to be reading the exact same.
Also been doing some research on the media and i have seen a lot of comments about the coarse ARM being better for up flow reactors whereas finer media is better for down flow. This reactor is down flow.
Because of the potential for clogging, hence the reason I recommend an effluent rate of at least 60 ml per minute. Overall, there is little difference between media commonly used. For the critical hobbyist, some media burns cleaner, less PO4 than others.
