I bought a 48" coralife 4x65w fixture last year for a back up for my 55g. Since I no longer have my 55g, I no longer need this fixture. I put it over my frag tank in feb '08, so it's been used for approximately 4 months. It's the Coralife 4x65w PC w/ NO lunar lights. The bulbs are essentially brand new, I've even included a brand new actinic bulb. So, you're getting the fixture, 3x65w 10k, and 2x65w actinic bulbs. I paid close to $250 for it, and I'm asking $125 since it's practically brand new.
