Light for TT

I have all the parts for my TT but a light and was wanting some opinions on what I should be looking for. I was hoping not to spend a lot as it is only a TT for a potential Gigantea or Haddoni. The tank is a 27G that will be filled with 10 gallons of water. I wanted to avoid MH due to heat issues, unless this is the best option. I've read conflicting opinions on how much light carpets should get at the start, some recommending a little and gradually going to very high light. Others have recommended very high light off the start. Should I go for just a little light until it is out of TT, or look for a very bright light? Both my regular tanks have DIY LED's that are quite bright.

I forgot to add, I also have a East north east facing window so my anemone in TT also get some sun light from morning to past noon.

Nikon187,
The tank he use is just temporary treatment tank only for new anemone that is sick. It is not where he house them for long term.
ponokareefer,
The cheapest would be on of the screw PC light, get the cool light highest watt you can get. I think this will be just fine for short term. Any of the clip on fixture or desk lamb would be fine also. Just these are not make for tank environment and any wetness would be trouble so be very careful with water change.
