Light Grounding Problem Help!

I have some light grounding problem please help
I been sock couple time now every time I put my hand in the water and touch something in the tank light/pump/sump ect. I got sock just shock......how can I solve it? anyone can help me to prevent from socking again or how to make it go away, also will it effect my livestock?

Yes it is bad for your livestock. Can you tell where the problem is coming from. Unplug the lights and see if it stops. If not, try the heater. Keep going until you find the source of the voltage.

A multimeter with one probe in the tank and the other going to ground makes for much more comfortable measurement than sticking your hand in the tank.
