Light Problem and it gets worse

Hi Jeremy,
Finally hooked up my lights to the canopy and fired them up (I have gone through plumbing hell;had to re-do it due to a major design flaw). All but one came up. Although light isn't all that bright, I know that MH require some times to burn before put out the intense output. Anyway, I couldn't figure out if the light was bad or the ballast's connection for that light. So, started doing some testing. First, I put one of the light that works in that connection and it came up again while the bad one didn't. So, now I wanted to switch out lights to see if the pendent is defective,

....and that's where things has gotten even worse

I promise I was very very careful but one end broke off:mad: :(

Now, it has obviously more than 30 days, but unfortunately I didn't test them right away as I was waiting for electrician to come and intall my dedicated connection before I hookup those ballast (I was worried if that fry some of my job related equipment that I have at home).

Why would PFO design a pendent that doesn't have anything that I could press to pop the light out:rolleyes:

Would you guys replace it for me or do I have to contact PFO or if they will change it at all? Last thing I wanted for this to happen right now when I finally got everything ready.

Thanks for your response
