light reccomendation

I am looking for a reccomendation for a 10" - 12" light for my sump. I am going to be growing Mangrove etc in it.

Go to melevs reef, they have good lighting suggestions for refugiums. I just picked up two effeciency spotlights 5500k from home depot, they are 75 watts each but use only 19 each. on melevs website he shows growth using those lights for his macro in his refugium.

i pick up mangrove pods all the time down here floating in the intercoastal - I'll try to gather some soon if you want
